Mira and Jay – Engagement

Recently our good friends Joy and Garrett sent our names to a wonderful couple. Mira and Jay will be having a traditional Indian Ceremony in Orlando this November. It’s sure to be a wonderful time with all that Mira has planned so far. We met up with them on Sunday and had a wonderful time getting to know them both. They were so cute together and a joy to photograph. We loved how the spring colors echo the colors that will coat their wedding day. Enjoy their slideshow by clicking here.

Mira wore her scarf to stay warm on this spring day. I loved how the colors really stood out and balanced the picture as a whole.

What an adorable couple they are! This fuschia color will be a predominant on in their wedding.

These next three are my favorites. It shows the delicate grandeur of the world around them. Yet they are so peaceful in the middle of it all.

Hello. I came across your website after googling “Mira and Jay, wedding.” We believe that we mistakenly received a package that should have been sent to Jay and Mira. We did a little research and we think that we received traditional Indian Dandiya Raas. They look like large painted drumsticks (We have one pair). We work in Connecticut and for some reason the package made it’s way to our company. Printed in each stick are their names, Mira and Jay and the date, November, 21 2008. On your website we learned that they are getting married in November and are having a traditional Indian wedding. We would like to somehow contact Mira and Jay- or at least let them know we possibly have something very significant for their wedding ceremony. Please let us know if you have an email for them or if you can pass this info along to them.

Thank you,
Katie

I love your style…and your work is beautiful!

I am new to pursuing photography as a career and I’m trying to network and learn from others:).

I too am a believer and recently moved to SW Georgia. I believe that now is the time that God is opening the doors for me to live His dreams for me…for me to glorify Him through my photography. It’s an incredible feeling! I wanted to share that with ya’ll because I knew you’d understand.

I’d like to know more info on Recapture. Can you send that to me?

Thanks for your inspiration and proof that God’s heart for us is for more joy than we can imagine.

The orange scarf is great! I love the picture of them walking down the road together. And the close up with the fushia flowered tree. Beautiful!
