I had the wonderful pleasure of documenting Becca & Tim’s day. I, Chris, actually captured this day solo with our associate photographer Ty Miller. We were shooting the day with the crisp, cool autumn weather while leaves were falling from their trees into the wind. The wedding took place on the Berry College Campus, a place that we are very familiar with. The ceremony was at the Berry College Chapel and the reception took place at the Claremont House.

Katie and I first met Tim at a wedding down in Saint Simon’s Island with Ashley and Craig. Tim was one of the groomsmen in Craig’s wedding. Now, on this day, Craig was able to honor Tim by being in his wedding as a groomsmen. Becca contacted us once she was engaged and explained to me that she knew quite a few of our previous brides that she really wanted us to photograph her wedding. During the day it was just a joy to watch how Tim adored Becca. They saw each other before the ceremony, and it was evident, by the way they held each other that their love was strong. Not to mention, even though it was quite cool and windy, Tim’s humor kept her warm.

Here is Becca getting ready with her bridesmaids. I love this one because you feel as if you are there peering over one of the bridesmaids just to catch a glimpse of the bride.

The energy in the room was quiet when they fitted her. Then it quickly turned to excitement as the girls stepped back to look at Becca. Smiles lit up the room as they looked on.

Like I mentioned before, Becca and Tim wanted to meet beforehand. We arranged them to meet at Ford Hall with no one else around. Tim remained outside and then Becca came out from the building and met her groom. They embraced and tears were shed; it was gorgeous.

Then moments before the ceremony, I stole them away to catch the fall colors. This is a perfect setting. The dark wood fence coordinate with their classic attire, and balanced with the reds, browns and yellow was just stunning.

The bell tower sounding the hour…

This is a sweet expression as Becca sees her groom at the alter. Her excitement and anticipation is unmistakable.

Just before being introduced as the new couple they want to corporately worship with all who gathered with them. They sung a hymn and the sound of all in attendance just filled the air!

The Claremont House was a really nice Victorian style home that was a perfect setting for their reception. The father/daughter dance was a celebratory time for the two.

Here is the couple as Becca’s father gave a toast and a blessing to the couple as he closes the evening for the guest.

I do love the exits that we capture! On this cold night with the warm sparklers and cool breath, just made the moment much more magical. I was honored to be a part of their day and wish Becca and Tim the best!

Great job Chris and Katie! I especially like the composition of the B&W image along the fence.
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and all is well.

These are fantastic! So many amazing moments captured. I love the one of her and her father at the end of the aisle with huge smiles on their faces. What a beautiful couple…inside and out.

I checked these out earlier and was impressed! What a beautiful wedding, you documented it wonderfully. I love the ones with the fence line, especially the horizontal B&W. Looks like they could not have chosen a more perfect fall day to be married.

Wow! Chris, those pictures really captured the emotion of the day! Absolutely beautiful!

First of all I am in love with Sarah’s name. Sarah Noel. It just sounds festive and I love the way it sounds. Her and Rob have such a fun love. They literally kept us rolling laughing the entire session. Sarah was a bridesmaid in Wendy and Alex’s Wedding. We were thrilled when she contacted us for their wedding. We can’t wait to see all of your plans come together. We know it will be amazing!

Especially love the black and white images. Looking forward to seeing the wedding! Best wishes.

This weekend was one for the books. It was an amazing Hindu wedding that we documented. I cannot even begin to explain it. All I have to say is keep checking back to see the beautiful images. Our friend Regis came out from LA to shoot the wedding with us. Garrett actually referred the wedding to us because he was already shooting a wedding in Orlando on that date. So after he finished his wedding he stopped by to help us end the night on a good note with some awesome dancing pictures. The bride and groom loved it and that they knew how well their wedding was being documented. It is so wonderful to have the support of friends at big weddings with helping you cover it perfectly. We cannot thank either of them enough. Here is a picture we took at the end of the night with the four of us.

Katie and Chris, that was such a beautiful wedding. I think the four of us could have had our own dance routine to serenade the bride and the groom. Thanks for having me along.
