My mother’s brother’s son’s wife and children were in town last week. 🙂 That translates to my second cousins! They are the ones that I accompanied to the aquarium. We did a little session of the kids before a big joint birthday party last Saturday night. I thought I would share some of them with you. I kept telling Chris that I just wanted to squeeze them as I worked on these pictures. Are they not just adorable?!? I hope you enjoy seeing these Matthew and Athena!

Addison and Lucas

Addison is getting so big!

Dawson is the newest addition to the family and the fun loving third child.

Lucas melts my heart! He looks just like his daddy at this age.

That first one is the cutest picture ever. If I were the parents, I’d blow it up to a gigantic size.

How adorable – – and I LOVE Lucas’ grin in the last one! 🙂

City living does not always give you a yard or option of a garden. It’s been hard on me since I long ot have an herb garden or actually a big garden to grow our own organic vegetables. I know that will come one day, and now I just need to be satisfied with buying them at Whole Foods. Our friend in Ruth has a big farm in South Carolina. She tells me of her large herb garden and my eyes widen and my heart skips a beat as I imagine what this must be like. She is wonderfully giving and we just adore her.

Yesterday she shipped us a very special package that arrived before we even woke up this morning. She had cut and shipped a large amount of fresh herbs for me to be stocked through the winter. She has even shared with me a secret in preserving your herbs.

Below are pictures of what we excitedly opened this morning. Look at the large amount of herbs! She sent a lot of basil, rosemary, parsley, oregano, dill, thyme, pineapple mint, mint, sage and thai basil. Thank you Ruth! We’ll be putting them all to good use! 🙂

Well you guys spoil me when I come to Atlanta. The least I can do is send you gifts from the farm 🙂

Some of you know that we used the company Neon Sky to help us in our efforts of creating our website and blog. They did an amazing job and we just can’t brag on them enough. Their customer service blew us away. They never made us feel like a number or just another client. We were given personal attention in a timely fashion. We could not be happier with our decision to go with them. They work with a lot of corporate photographers and photojournalists. They are doing more wedding photography websites and wanted to use us as a Case Study on their site. It was an honor for them to love our design and site and to be selected to represent them to the world. It has definitely been a partnership in the creation of our sites. Click here to see the study on their site as well as the other two they have listed. We are definitely in good company with the other amazing photographers on their site. Feel free to email us with any questions you may have about this great company.
