This past week we were in Chattanooga at our dear friend’s, The Nudd’s, new studio. We had a great time together. We we learning and continuing to be inspired. Chris and I realize the need for this constantly as we put in long hours and can be consumed by facing the computer. We know a break from that and growing with other colleagues is essential. It was wonderful to meet a few new people and see other established friendships continue to grow. Thank you to Joy and Garrett for continuing to pour into everyone and helping is grow as people and photographers. We love you guys!

(I snagged this picture off of Garrett’s blog. 🙂 )

Awe….what an awesome group of people! Love ALL of you guys!!! We miss you already=)

Laura and Kyle will be wed next April in the heart of Atlanta. We could walk there from our studio it’s so close. It will definitely be a beautiful Southern affair and one to be remembered. Laura is an architect and I loved her telling us about all kinds of history about the buildings we have always loved or even the parks in Atlanta. There is such a wealth of knowledge to have in this city and it was fun to hear some of it. We went to one of our favorite spots for green space in the city for portraits. You would never guess that these pictures were taken in the heart of the city. Thank you Laura and Kyle for a wonderful afternoon!

Hey guys! Katie, your post on this is just stellar! I mean, really sweet.

One aspect to weddings, parties and showers that I adore are the tablescapes. Each can take on such a different feel and theme. I love how designers, coordinators and wedding planners can really help aid in the design and plant to a wedding. I thought I would post a few that I really enjoyed lately and let you see how different seasons and themes can change the feel of a day. Enjoy these pictures and feel inspired for the next event you are planning. Be sure to check out Amy Atlas the site where I found this inspiration.
