We have been spending a lot of wonderful time with Cassie. I can hardly believe that we have been friends for almost twenty years now. She has been one of my closest friends and we have always been there for each other through the major times in our lives. We went to elementary, middle, high school and college together. Then we both lived out in Colorado at the same time. I’m sad to say I am not living in Chicago with her now, as we love this city! I’m excited for the new venture she is on and we can’t wait to see where this new phase takes her. We did some head shots for her theater auditions and this is a little teaser for now. We’ll post more later.

We are on our second day in Chicago. We are having a great time with one of my best friends, Cassie, that lives up here. It’s wonderful to see her. I’ve known her since elementary school and she lived in Colorado with me as well. We’ve already been to three meetings and have been enjoying the city but not the weather. Unfortunately the weather is just like Atlanta right now…90’s and humidity. Hopefully it will cool off soon. Everyone says the last few days have been the hottest yet…just my luck. : )

We met with the wonderful people at Modern Luxury. It’s the company behind the Atlantan Brides. It was wonderful to see their beautiful space as well as enjoy lunch with Amy and Elise.

Tomorrow we fly out to Chicago for some meeting that we have scheduled as well as time with my close friend Cassie and Chris’ sister Michelle. We are looking forward to this time in the windy city. We’ll be sure to update you with pictures from our time.
