Last Saturday we spent the day with Matt and Katie for their wedding. They were married at the Fernbank Museum.<\/a> They are such a fun couple. They love music in a big way. Their wedding reflected that as well. Each table at the reception was from different music venues from Atlanta and Athens. Their gift to their guests were CD’s with music from each of their favorite shows. They ended the night with karaoke with their guests. They were so gracious to us. Their original wedding photographer was coming from California. The week before the wedding she was in the hospital with an appendectemy. Their wedding planner, Meredith<\/a> with A Remembered Detail Events<\/a>, contacted us to see if we were available. We were so happy to help them at the last minute and capture their beautiful day. On Occasions of Atlanta<\/a> provided the floral art pieces. Carla did an amazing job and everyone loved what she created. Bold American<\/a> catered the meal. We were happy to hear that they would be serving the guests. They are always at an excellent level of food and service. Liquid Mind<\/a> was the DJ for the evening. With such a great selection of music by Katie and Matt, he was able to keep the party moving until late in the night.<\/p>\n

We started the day off at The Georgian Terrace<\/a> where the girls were getting ready.<\/p>\n

Katie’s dress was extremely unique. They wanted a vintage feel to the whold day. This part was just perfect. She found her dream dress at Priscilla of Boston<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This is probably one of my favorite pictures of Katie from the day. I just love how Chris captured it.<\/p>\n

Katie and Matt were so tender and sweet to each other. This image really captures that. The composition and lighting portray the peace in their day.<\/p>\n

There is nothing quite as sweet as fathers on wedding days. They were both honoring of their parents and excited to have them a part of their day.<\/p>\n
