I know that my Monday tradition of Katie&#8217;s Favorites has been over looked. So, we wanted to get that back going.<\/p>\n<p>Here is one of our new favorites. Unfortunately, you&#8217;ll have to go to Thailand to get it. : )<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s Mango and Sticky Rice. First off, we are addicted to sticky rice. Then you add a perfectly ripe Thailand mango to it and it&#8217;s heaven. They take the sweet sticky rice and put it beside the sliced mango. Then they pour (I thought sweetened condensed milk but it&#8217;s really) coconut milk over the rice and put shaved dried soy beans on top. OH MY GOODNESS. It just melts in your mouth.
