Back when we were at WinShape Retreat for our respite, we met the Sandels. Beverly and Todd are a blast and their energy level is contagious! : ) They have three children at four years and under. There is Joey the oldest, then Janey in the middle, then little Jilley as the sweet little ending. Their kids are absolutely adorable. We stopped by their house last week to do some pictures of the kids. Sadly, Todd was working, but we had a great time with Beverly and the kids. Enjoy slideshow and these fun pictures we took of them!

Getting all three on the boat was hard, we had to use food to make it work. : ) Chris and I had a great time with your family, we’ll be back often to play more. : )

Charlie is my little brother and he is getting married! It’s been the year of family weddings and now it’s Charlie’s turn. He is marrying Maggie, which we all just love. We are thrilled to have her joining the family. We went out a few weekends ago to Lake Acworth which is the lake where Charlie proposed. We had a great time and their dog Cooper was in for all the fun. He is just like our dog, Asia, only he is a Redbone Coon Hound instead of Black and Tan. He’s a mess and still all puppy. He was a blast to have tag along.

    Fun!

What a fun couple of days. We work in the best industry and have amazing friends to support and relate to. Brandy and Sticky came to Atlanta yesterday for a few days. We’ll be going to see them over New Years! First we made a yummy dinner and had Andrew and Rachel over. We made pomegranate salads, my own version of heirloom tomato bruchetta and roasted tomato mussels. We failed to get a picture of all of us together, but here are some details of dinner.


Someone became close friends with Sticky right off!

This morning we went to Chattanooga to see Joy, Garrett and Graycen. Garrett is teaching a digital class at Southern, read more about that on his blog. We loved helping critique his class. We were very impressed and inspired! Let’s just say Brandy and I did not have this set up when we were in school. We were a little jealous! : )
