Autumn is finally here! From the cool crisp weather to the changing colors of the leaves, it’s no wonder why October always proves to be one of our busiest months. Highlands, North Carolina is quite a designation for those wishing to see the broad range of colors across the Smoky Mountains during this season. Which brings us back to our favorite wedding destination, Old Edwards Inn.

This lovely couple chose a place that was a destination to the Groom’s side for years and the couple instantly feel in love with it. These two are really quite sweet with each other. Knowing one another since high school, their love really did not blossom until college. When the wedding day arrived they wanted to make sure they did not see each other until that moment Britnee walks down the aisle. However, they could not wait and wanted to have a special moment before the ceremony for just the two of them.

At the reception they had a celebration with their closest family and friends. Surrounding them with stunning decor and flowers from Oakleaf and a rather nice groom’s cake from The Sugared Bear.

Britnee and Will, thank you for the be a part of your beautiful day. You two are full of joy and love. We hope and pray many blessing on the future of your lives together as husband and wife!

**Check back soon because we are going to have more information about their letterpress invitation suite, programs and reception menu cards printed by our sister company, Farmwood Press. You will not want to miss that!

Happy Halloween from our sweet little lamb! We’ve had so much fun this weekend celebrating family and fall. We’ve had a lot of sweet silliness for the season with friends and family. If you see Rosemary today she will tell you “HAPPY WEEN!” in her attempt to say Happy Halloween. It’s pretty adorable. We hope you’ve had the opportunity to celebrate fall and family today.

Love, the farmers and their little lamb : )

We have the joy of traveling to many unique and interesting locations in documenting our couple’s weddings. It is always wonderful when we stay here in Atlanta for a wedding. Atlanta is filled with a good number of elegant churches and reception venues. That is why when the much anticipated wedding of Lindsay Franklin and Jackson Bender arrived I was beyond excited!

When I met Lindsay and her mom for the first time we connected right away. So when the wedding day arrived it went along flawlessly! The locations for the ceremony and reception were perfect. We’ve never been given the honor to document a wedding at the High Museum of Art. That aspect made the wedding even more special to us.

Lindsay began her day preparing at the St. Regis. What a beautiful start to their day! In fact the whole day moved along perfectly due to the help of Barb from Kate and Campbell Wedding Planning.

Lindsay and Jackson, thank you for the honor of being a part of your day. We loved being part of your most important time of your life. I hope that joy and laughter will be a continued part of your marriage.
