Be Still. Be Loved.

I’m sure you are like us and your days are filled with activities. It can easily take over. We are taking a time inventory. How often do we take time to be still? To be loved? Our spouses and children are always ready to be loved. Do we stop and take the time to just be with them? Rushing to an event or school isn’t the same. Time to sit, to cuddle, to give little kisses. Do we do this enough? Our home is full of love. There is no shortage of laughter from Rosemary and Bergen. So, shouldn’t we make time to be still and be loved. To teach them the value in resting together and instilling a family bond that will carry us through life?

I love this image that Chris documented of me feeding Bergen. An every day situation. Instead of rushing through it, taking the time to relish the moment of this little seven month old baby that has brought us so much joy.
