Carter’s parents were married back on 8-8-08. You might remember that the Olympics started that day and that it was a popular wedding date that year as well. It was such a fun day to celebrate their gorgeous Atlanta wedding.

Fast-forward two and a half years and you get a happily married couple with an ADORABLE six month old baby boy. Carter is beyond words adorable and I wanted to bring him home and keep him. : ) So, so cute. It was so fun to catch up with Kia about motherhood and the joys that it has brought life.

Enjoy all the sweetness of this little boy. He’s as good as he looks. Some would say “the perfect baby.” : )

I first met Brett and Courtney when I met up with them for their engagement session in quant neighborhood of Virginia Highlands.

They could not have asked for a better day to get married. It was one of those weddings that everything seemed to go just right. The setting was the beautiful Atlanta Botanical Gardens. This time of year is perfect as the plants are either budding or are in full bloom. Their ceremony took place in the beautiful Rose Garden. It made for a gorgeous backdrop.

Floral design was created by the talented Amy Osaba. Her delicate artistry has always caught our eye. It was a joy to work with her. Reception took place in the just recently renovated Day Hall. Sun in my Belly created the culinary creations that the guests enjoyed. They also provided the beautiful linens.

I met Sapna and Vijay in Savannah for their engagement session. It was a beautiful day and just the right temperature this time of year. We had a great time casually doing their portraits. We are really looking forward to their wedding in Aruba next month! We just it is going to be just beautiful and that all their planning will create a beautiful day.
