Little Mae was introduced a few blog posts back. She’s been safe and sound in Georgia for a week now. Her sweet parents, Cody and Kristen, wanted to have her documented as soon as possible. After missing her first 20 months of life they wanted to be able to document her size, personality and joy at this young age.

Enjoy all of these adorable pictures of Mae and the last one of our girls together. : )

These pictures are breathtaking and you captured our little darling so perfectly. She was only home for a few days and definitely not feeling completely comfortable and herself, but these pictures of her have her sweet personality shining through! You amaze us with your unbelievable talent. We have had everyone gush over these pictures. We can not thank you enough for these cherished first moments with our girl we now have always. Love y’all!

What a perfect March day to be married. It was an unseasonably warm day. The weather was clear and the day was full of celebration. We are so happy for Karen and Anthony and their new life together. They had a wonderful day. Katie, Brittany and I loved being a part of it to document this time in their lives. They chose all of our favorite vendors so it was a joy to work with such a great group of talent. Enjoy the pictures below.

Venue: 200 Peachtree
Hotel: The Ellis

This image deserves a post all in it’s own. This relationship melted our hearts. This little girl obviously thinks the world of her father and as a family they sacrifice for our freedom. We cannot say thank you enough.

Congratulations Karen and Anthony! We wish you all the best in your life together.

All of the photographs are so incredibly beautiful and express the love and joy and pride that was present throughout the entire event. These amazing photographs represent the incredible work that was put into each and every detail. Many many thanks to Dee Ward (aka Mother-of-the-bride) and Susan Graham, Signature Event Designer. Oh My, did I get verklempt looking at these just now! Teary! So sweet, so beautiful. The couple shines. Thank you so much for lending your artistic and professional talents to these dear clients, and friends, of mine. Susan Graham, SusanGrahamSignatureEvents.com

I’ve photographed deliveries. Babies coming into the world and meeting their family for the first time, but I’ve never photographed a homecoming. Our little family sleepily woke up at 4:30 am on Saturday to make our way to the airport. There was a very special little girl arriving and we didn’t want to miss it.

Mae’s parents are dear friends of ours. They’ve walked through us becoming parents and have loved on our little girl. We didn’t know just how much our little Rosemary had affected them. They went from not wanting children to having breaking hearts for babies in China….to holding their sweet baby girl in their arms as newly adopted parents. It’s been a long process, but in the perspective of most international adoptions, it’s been fairly fast.

We are thrilled that Rosemary and Mae are just four months apart. They are going to be sweet little friends and we can’t wait to watch them grow up together.

Here are just a very few of the pictures from the morning.

Sweetie pie! Rosemary anxiously awaiting her new friend with a bouquet of flowers for her.
