Carson – One Year!

On 11/11 last year I witnessed the birth of this little man. I can hardly believe the honor that it has been to see him grow in his sweet little personality over the last year. His parents, Keri and Carl are nothing but amazing and I am always so encouraged and happy after a session with this family. Carson is one very loved little man and has a wonderful life ahead of him. Happy Birthday Carson!

Nursery Preview

This weekend we are finishing the nursery, but for now I have a little preview and itty bitty hints for you. We’ll have a complete post about our sweet little girl’s room in the future. Keep in mind that when we started our vision for her room we didn’t know she would be a girl. We were not going to find out. We want a natural, organic timeless room that could be used for a boy or girl and other children down the road. We think we found it perfectly. We are so excited about very personal and sweet aspects to her room that have so much meaning and history behind them. Enjoy these little hints and check back for the full view in the next month! Oh, by the way, we only have a little over a month until she gets here! Yay!

Arabelle – Three Months

I’ve been friends with Arabelle’s sweet parents John and Stephanie since 2002, but we have not seen each other in person for about five years. I was so excited when they contacted us for portraits. Sweet Arabelle was just as perfect as could be. She’s three months now and it’s so fun to see them in the parenting role. They were giving Chris and I plenty of good advise as to how our lives are about to change. Congratulations again John and Stephanie on your adorable Arabelle!
