Today, Katie and I went to Berry College and Winshape Retreat to photograph a family some PR and marketing materials for their ministry. While there I had to take advantage of the sweet light coming through as the early morning fog was dissipating. For some time I have been wanting to capture Katie while carrying our child. So while we were waiting, during outfit changes, I grabbed a few shots of my beautiful wife. Here is one that I think you might like.

Perhaps I am partial because it is my wife, but she looks gorgeous pregnant with our baby girl. Now that we are officially in our third trimester, I feel like we are on the home stretch. As a soon-to-be father, I am not sure what to expect, but from what everyone tells me, it is quite a rewarding experience. Here’s to my wife and the incredible endurance and strength that she shows in this time while exhibiting grace and beauty. Love you babe!

Blair and David were married last weekend in Rome, Georgia. They said their vows in the same sweet chapel that we were married in. We love documenting weddings here and what a great couple to be there with for their day. They had such great details and color incorporated into their day. I just ate up the details with my camera. Enjoy all the eclectic details of their day. Blair and David, we wish you the best as you begin your life together in Savannah. We know you will love your life there!

After the wedding we went with them and did a few more portraits on campus. We were in love with the light and setting. Especially seeing as it was supposed to rain on this day. We were so grateful for the delay in rain and instead the perfect setting for amazing portraits for this couple.

Blair and David met up with Chris last week for their engagement session. This was just a few days before their wedding on Saturday. I cannot get over how adorable these two are together.
