6 of Four bio picture
  • Described as documentary, organic and timeless in form, our photography will be a solid representation of your day.

At 6 of Four, your wedding or sweet days with your children comprise the integral stories of your lifetime. We focus on capturing them as such.

Our aim is to document the family relationships and moments that have created the bond you are celebrating. We have both come from strong family lines of tradition and heritage, this has formed a keen awareness in us to capture your day in a way in which we would document our own family. We desire to create heirlooms through the photographs for generations of storytelling.

We'd love to hear from you. Please contact us for more information.

Emily and Jason – Atlanta Wedding Photography

Happy Holidays to all! Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah! This is our last wedding of 2011 and thrilled to share this lovely one with you. One of my favorite observations at weddings is seeing the interactions of the wedding guests and capturing the love and joy they share with one another.

Jason and Emily are another one of our sweet couples this year and their wedding was a day of celebrating their love. One meaningful part of their day that I really enjoyed was the fact that they got married in the temple named after her Arnoff family, truly a legacy for them.

The color was one thing that stood out being a nice shade of purple. Emily has created Miss Emily Celebrates, to educate Jewish children and families through music and uses the color purple is throughout it’s identity.

Jason and Emily, it was truly and honor to be a part of your day. We wish you all the best!

Brittany and Will – Married – Fox Hall Wedding Photography

Posted by: Katie

Many of you already know Brittany. You’ve either had her at your wedding photographing it or experienced her help after your wedding with getting your album or prints. Brittany works with 6 of Four as one of our photographers and here in our office. She’s been such a blessing to our business and our life. We cannot begin to talk enough about how much we love her and appreciate her. We were thrilled when her and Will first started dating to getting engaged and then finally married! We’ve walked this road with her with long talks and dreaming of her wedding.

Brittany and Will were married on the perfect fall day at Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club. It’s the an ideal outdoor venue for a wedding and indoor reception. The rustic and equestrian theme lends beautifully to photographs. You will love seeing all the details that Brittany thought through and put into her wedding. She worked with us at Farmwood Press and even printed her Save the Dates, Invitations and Programs. More on that in another post.

The whole day, including the ceremony, was full of meaning and devotion. You can tell how seriously they take their commitment to each other and their wedding.

Brittany and Will, we are so happy for you both. We can’t wait to continue on this journey with you!

Ok, so I’m crying looking at this! Oh my Brittany, there is no bride more beautiful than you inside and out!! Chris and Katie, every ounce of emotion in that day was captured on film. I’m so baffled as to how you do that!? Such a gift you both have. You deserve every ounce of pure bliss that marriage will bring you guys!! Love – J&C

Doug and Laurel – Married – Old Edwards Inn – Highlands, NC

Posted by: Chris

We are nearing the end of 2011, but we will still capturing a few more beautiful weddings! This post is the last Old Edwards Inn wedding of 2011. Bittersweet, but looking ahead to 2012 we are excited at the weddings already booked at The Farm at Old Edwards.

I could not wait to meet the glowing couple. They, like most of our couples booked us without having an in person meeting. Actually, I had spoken with Doug early on and we really hit it off. I truly value couples that have an appreciation and desire to see their wedding captured in a pure, organic and elegant way. All while knowing that we are documenting the essence of the day.

The day started in with heavy fog in the autumn North Carolina mountains. This gave the opening to their day a mysterious feel. The day progressed wonderfully! As the fog lifted, it brought the rain that is characteristic of this region of North Carolina. This did not dampen anyone’s spirits, instead they and the guest (not to forget their furry friends) had a ball celebrating the lovely couple through to the evening hours!

Doug & Laurel, it was a wonderful pleasure to be a part of capturing your wedding day. Your love for each other was truly evident in how you treated one another. Thank you for the honor and we wish you the best in your life together as husband and wife.
