Here are our wedding pictures. For some of you, we’ve met only recently. Since it was only six months ago, we thought y’all might enjoy seeing some of our own wedding pics. Our buddy Jerrod Brown (we went to college together) graciously documented our day. He was awesome. We edited them, so I wanted to put these up so he could see them as well. There are clay wall vases at the end of the pews. I made all of those by hand. The flowers were fresh herbs and hyacinth. The chapel is Frost Chapel in Rome, Ga on the Berry College campus.
In the ceremony, Chris washed my feet, symbolizing the servent heart we both want to treat each other with in our marriage. For obvious reasons, Chris was the only one washing feet. I was giggling in the picture, because he was drying between my toes. It was sweet of him to do, because I hate anything between my toes. 🙂

Enjoy!

Katie and Chris, nice pics! I am sure having your friend shoot for you made the day that much more special. Sounds like you had a very special ceremony and a fun day!

This has been a busy week. We had two sessions this weekend as you have seen. Then I was in Rome yesterday demonstrating Pottery to a group. It’s such a powerful experience. I love it.

Today I have editing to do as well as cleaning and shopping.

The pic is from us testing lighting and the area before the lovely couple arrived!

    I hear you!
    Here’s a trick I shared with Davina
Be like an airline – There are some good business things the big airlines do, like schedule blackout dates. You know the times when you can’t use your frequent flyer miles to go anywhere. Do the same for yourself. Schedule some blackout time for yourself!
