We have been extremely busy in preparation for the holiday season and realized we were behind in sharing with you some of our recently published works. This fall season we were recognized in three beautiful magazines, two weddings publications and a local city magazine that is pure eye candy to browse through.

The Atlantan Brides – Fall/Winter 2010

This one is always a favorite for us. The Atlantan Brides is Modern Luxury’s local wedding magazine that comes out bi-annually. This was a beautiful issue and had one of our colorful Indian Weddings featured! The coverage was just right and the details, by Bold Events and Design, were beautiful and fresh as always. To read more on this wedding, you can see the original blog post of Neal and Kalai.

Sarasota Magazine – Platinum issue 2010-2011

We were thrilled when we were approached by the people of this gorgeous publication, Sarasota Magazine. This local magazine highlights the best of Sarasota and surrounding communities. They come out with the exclusive Platinum issue once a year and wanted to feature Punit & Carla’s Indian Celebration at the gorgeous Powell-Crosley Mansion. Gorgeous is an understatement when I describe this place as it is quite magnificent! To read more about this wedding, check them out on our blog and enjoy Punit & Carla’s Indian Celebration!

Brides Noir – Sprint/Summer 2010

Brides Noir is a publication that is based in Chicago. We have been waiting for this issue to come out for quite a while. It did not disappoint. This issue was special because they feature two weddings of ours. The first was Neal & Rina’s Indian Wedding Celebration in Atlanta’s Hindu Temple. This was one of the first Indian weddings we captured.

The next wedding is the union of Kia & Jason at the Atlanta Christian Church. Their ceremony was beautiful and routed to the Biltmore Ballrooms for a fabulous reception. Brides Noir did a beautiful job telling this couple’s story, which you can read on our blog for Kia and Jason’s wedding.

We are hopeful for the upcoming weddings and our couples in 2011. Crossing fingers for many other publications for next year and will surely keep you all posted!

Beautiful work!! Congrats, guys! And the design of those publications is stellar as well.

Lately we have had a run of wonderful engagement sessions. The following session with John and Katherine was no exception! We decided to take their pictures the morning of Halloween, and it couldn’t have been a more beautiful time.

I cannot say enough about the setting. Katherine and John both love the outdoors so a park in the city was a fitting place. Grant Park is Atlantla’s oldest city park and is forgotten amongst the city’s more densely populated parks like Piedmont Park, Candler Park and even Freedom Park. Grant Park is home to Zoo Atlanta and the Cyclorama but there is also much more beauty to it than you see from the road.

Right now morning time provides the best light.

Like I said the lighting could not have been any better.

I enjoy how autumn can bring a whole different look and feel to the surroundings. I also enjoyed watching and observing how Katherine would have fun with John, while also taking comfort in him.

Katherine & John, I cannot wait to document your beautiful occasion in Florida next year!

I COMPLETELY admire your work, it is stunningly beautiful! I wish you lived in AZ so you take my family pictures, can I ask what camera you use? and what your favorite lens is? have you ever thought about teaching classes online?

We can hardly believe our sweetie is a month from one year. We keep getting tinges of sadness that she’s growing up, but quickly she reminds us of all the benefits of her age. Her personality shines and pours out to all around her. A friend said yesterday that “she acts like a baby when they first wake up (all cuddly and full of sweetness) all the time.” It’s true! She spoils us with such a sweet personality.

Her current milestones are standing independently for a few seconds, walking with mommy and daddy holding her hands, gives kisses freely, shows us “how big,” “mama” and “dada” ALL THE TIME, ; ) signing “all gone,” waving bye-bye, playing peek-a-boo, loving being chased and tickled, and lots of feeding herself. She’s just so fun and we hope these pictures can give you a glimpse of her sweet personality.

She is currently obsessed with books. We could not be happier with that development!

Sing songing all the time.

Always on the move!
